We continue to ship nationwide without any disruptions, however from September 2021 due to further lockdowns and Covid-19 there has been significant delays by Australia Post and Courier Transit times. Unfortunately we have no control over their delays.

If you are in a regional area or an offshore island we ask that you contact us to receive an accurate freight quote, please provide us with your postcode. You can select the ‘regional area’ option upon check out, you will be contacted shortly after placing your order with your updated shipping fee.


International Shipping

At this stage we do not ship internationally.


Signature On Delivery

All our items require signature upon delivery to ensure safe transit. During Covid-19, our couriers have a contactless delivery and will ensure safe delivery via other means, a photo of the item being left in a safe place.

You will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.


Delivery Transit Times

We will dispatch your item within 7 to 10 business days of your purchase order. If a longer timeframe is required you will be contacted. Depending on your delivery location courier companies can take anywhere between 2 to 10 days for transit.

If you are ordering for a special occasions, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can let you know more of an accurate lead time, prior to ordering.



As we use a natural wood as our main body of work all colours, patterns and textures will vary. Please carefully inspect your finished product as we do not offer a return policy on these custom one off pieces after 14 days or once used.

Please note for a return to be approved for defaults or defects the item must be returned in its most original state, unused and intact packaging.

Breakages During Delivery

If your item has been damaged or has a breakage during delivery they must be reported to us immediately, please inspect all goods upon arrival. If a piece has been damaged in transit it must be sent back to us and we will issue a replacement.
